By downloading, installing, or playing Beyond XO, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. User Conduct & Fair Play

Beyond XO includes leaderboards, XP progressions, and daily puzzle records. You agree to use the application fairly. Any attempts to manipulate system variables, use cheats, or disrupt gameplay integrity may result in the termination of your access to online daily puzzles and statistics synchronization.

3. In-App Purchases & Advertising

We offer optional, one-time premium in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads") processed securely via the App Store or Google Play. All payments are subject to the respective store's terms. Third-party advertisements may be served in the application to support game features.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Beyond XO is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Keva Labs is not liable for statistics data loss or any damages resulting from app performance issues or server connectivity downtime.

5. Amendments

Keva Labs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the game following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
