1. Information We Collect

Beyond XO is designed to collect only the minimal data required to provide, notify, and sync your gameplay experience. We store:

  • Anonymous Account Token: A unique, randomly generated text ID created when you launch the game. We do not collect your name, physical location, phone number, or contact list.
  • Gameplay Progress: Your level, XP counts, unlocked achievements, match statistics (wins, losses, draws), and daily puzzle streaks.
  • Push Notification Tokens: If you grant permission, we collect a unique Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send daily puzzle updates and streak protection nudges.

2. How Your Data is Used

Your data is used solely to administer, analyze, and support the game features, such as updating global daily puzzle streaks, awarding in-game achievements, and displaying statistics. We do not sell, rent, or lease your data to third-party brokers.

3. Data Security & Storage

All user progress is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement standard access controls and HTTPS encryption to protect transaction tokens and gameplay logs against unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Retention & Account Deletion

We retain gameplay statistics for as long as your account remains active. You can request the permanent removal of your account and all associated statistics at any time via our Account Deletion Form. Once submitted, your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party mobile infrastructure providers to support essential game features, diagnostics, telemetry, and secure purchase validation. These services have access to anonymous technical data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf:

  • Product Analytics: We use mobile analytics integrations to evaluate product metrics, user flows, and general gameplay metrics to improve overall layout and interface designs.
  • Stability & Diagnostics: We use real-time crash reporters to monitor application performance, capture stack traces, and isolate software errors.
  • Advertising Networks: We integrate standard advertising networks to serve non-intrusive rewarded and interstitial ads. They may utilize anonymous advertising identifiers to cap ad frequencies and support attribution.
  • Purchase Validation: In-app checkouts and entitlement tracking are validated through specialized third-party billing APIs alongside Apple and Google Play transaction structures. We never process or store your payment details.

6. Children's Privacy

Beyond XO does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data of a child under 13, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
